We implement, customise and support Oracle NetSuite, and we are also a CPA-led accounting practice, so the people configuring your ERP understand the ledger it has to produce.
What NetSuite services do you provide?
Implementation and go-live, data migration from legacy systems, custom SuiteScript development, training and user onboarding, integration with third-party systems, and ongoing administration and support. Engagements can be a full implementation or a defined piece of work on an existing NetSuite account.
Is NetSuite the right fit for my business?
NetSuite suits businesses that have outgrown Xero, MYOB or QuickBooks and need one platform for financials, CRM, inventory and eCommerce, often with several entities or currencies. If you are not there yet, we will say so: we are certified across the smaller platforms too, and we recommend the one that fits rather than the one with the biggest licence.
How much does a NetSuite implementation cost?
It depends on the modules, the number of entities, the data to migrate and the integrations required, so we scope it first and quote a fixed fee in a written proposal before any work starts. NetSuite licensing is billed by Oracle separately from implementation and support.
Can you take over support of an existing NetSuite account?
Yes. We regularly take on NetSuite accounts implemented by someone else: reviewing the configuration, fixing what is not working, building the reports and dashboards that were never finished, and providing ongoing administration so your team is not dependent on one internal expert.
Do you work with businesses outside Canberra and Brisbane?
Yes. NetSuite work is delivered remotely by default, with on-site workshops and go-live support by arrangement, and we have advisory presence in Sydney, Melbourne and other capitals. Location does not change the service.
