How we engage

Three-step engagement, fixed fee

  1. Platform-fit call (no charge, 30 min). We ask about your current setup, integration stack, growth plans, and the pain points that triggered the conversation. End of call: an honest recommendation about whether to convert or optimise the existing setup.
  2. Discovery (fixed fee, 90 min onsite or remote). Deep dive into the current file or stack. Output: scoped fixed-fee quote for the conversion / integration work, with a clear timeline.
  3. Delivery. Migration, integration, parallel-running BAS period, cutover, post-go-live support. Most projects 4 to 8 weeks for SME-tier; larger ones longer.
