Are there any setup fees?
We may charge a one-time setup fee depending on the complexity of your onboarding (data migration, software setup, etc.). This is always discussed and agreed upfront during your free consultation.
Are there lock-in contracts?
No. Our packages are month-to-month. We believe in earning your business every month, not locking you in. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel with 30 days notice.
What if I need more than what's included?
We can customise any package to suit your needs. Additional services are quoted separately at agreed rates. We'll always discuss costs before doing any extra work.
Is the software included in the price?
Software subscriptions (Xero, QuickBooks, MYOB, etc.) are separate from our service fees. We'll help you choose the most cost-effective option and can often access partner pricing.
How quickly can you get started?
Most clients are fully onboarded within 1-2 weeks. For new business setups, we can have you up and running within 5 business days.
